  1. AGED SPLIT REED BASKET     by Mary Seigreid

  3. MATERIALS NEEDED:
  4. Home Decor Antiquing Gel-Black; Acrylic Vamish-
  5. Satin; Gloss Ceramcoat Acrylics-Green Sea; Color
  6. wipes or soft cloth; 1" Foam Brush, split reed basket
  7.  
  8.  
  9.    Paint on a base coat of Green Sea Ceramcoat Ac.ylic
  10. and let dry. Brush on a coat of Satin Acrylic Varnish and let
  11. dry. Brush on a coat of Black Antiquing Gel. Immediately
  12. wipe off the stain on the raised surface of the basket allow-
  13. ing the Black Antiquing Gel to stay in the crevices. Finish
  14. with a coat of Gloss Acrylic Varnish.
